1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, requesting an online quote, or scheduling residential plumbing work with POP'S Plumbing ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Estimates & Instant Quotes
Online estimates generated through our Instant Quote widget are provided for planning purposes based on typical residential job parameters in Butler and Sedgwick Counties. While we strive for extreme accuracy, an upfront final guaranteed price is confirmed on-site after a visual inspection by our licensed technician prior to commencing work. No work is performed without your authorization.
3. Service Authorization & Access
By scheduling an appointment, the property owner or authorized representative agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the plumbing system, water shutoff valves, and work areas. Work is carried out during agreed appointment windows.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the approved services unless agreed upon in writing under a written remodelling contract. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing. Invoices not paid in accordance with agreed terms may incur standard administrative fees.
5. Workmanship Warranty & Parts Guarantee
POP'S Plumbing stands behind our residential craftsmanship. We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on standard repairs and installations. Fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and specialized materials carry manufacturer warranties, which we honor and service according to vendor guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
POP'S Plumbing is licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Kansas. To the fullest extent permitted by Kansas law, our liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
